ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Stef. I’m a creative project manager, producer, technical director, and educator with over 20 years of experience bringing large-scale projects to life. From the performing arts and immersive experiences to live events, I specialize in designing, building, and executing complex productions. I’ve led diverse, cross-functional teams to transform workspaces and experiential productions and shape educational environments across 30 countries. My clients include Netflix, SXSW, Cirque du Soleil, the Madrid Royal Opera House, and MIT.

I excel at finding creative solutions amid resource and budget constraints, and I am passionate about exploring and implementing sustainability and well-being in work and life spaces. I also believe in equitable access to opportunity in the arts and have a heart for teaching and sharing technical know-how with others.

Born in Costa Rica, raised in Spain, I have traveled the world in a never-ending quest to explore all the places, try all the food, and meet all the people. When I’m not organizing, building, or teaching, I’ll be looking for the next spot to scuba dive/kite-surf or off on an adventure with my scruffy dog, Cozmo.
